What is Edge Body Boot Camp?
While our workouts are intense and challenging, they’re also fun, interesting, and designed for all fitness levels. There are two characteristics of our boot camps that enable this accommodation:
- Most work is done in timed intervals, so you challenge yourself at your own individual pace
- Exercises can be modified to be less resistant or more challenging.

This is not a military training approach. Edge Body will help you achieve that fit body you have always wanted by challenging you with encouragement and motivation. We have combined these four crucial training techniques (Movement, Agility, Strength, and Stretching) into one awesome M.A.S.S. workout.
