While our workouts are intense and challenging, they are also fun, interesting, and designed for all fitness levels. There are two characteristics of our boot camps that enable this accommodation:
- Most work is done in timed intervals so you challenge yourself with your own individual pace
- Exercises can be modified to be less resistant or more challenging
